Dedicated Instance vs. Shared Platform

Under a software license arrangement, your firm deploys and operates a private mackinac instance on your own infrastructure. You control access, configuration, and data. The full capability set of the platform is available to your users — not gated by the shared platform's access model.

What we offer

Dedicated Instances

A private deployment of the full mackinac stack — backend, frontend, and database — isolated from the shared platform. Sized and scaled to your trading volume. Reasonable pricing relative to per-seat subscriptions for teams.

Firm RBAC & Risk Management

Multi-desk hierarchy with role-based access control: viewer, trader, desk manager, firm admin, and super admin roles. Per-user and per-desk risk limits — max order size, max orders per minute, allowed symbols, and a kill switch for instant halt.

Custom Software

New auto-quote models, custom indicators, exchange integrations, reporting pipelines, or front-end modifications. We build to spec against the existing production architecture.

Custom Tools

Standalone utilities alongside mackinac: data feeds, execution analytics, position reconciliation, or anything your operations team needs. Native integration with the mackinac database and WebSocket infrastructure.

Server-Side Execution Engines

The full platform includes two production execution engines: an order-flow engine (signal-filtered passive quoting via Hawkes intensity, LOB imbalance, and momentum gates) and a trend engine (mean-reversion quoting on LR / EMA candle bands). Both run server-side and are included in a dedicated instance deployment. Your firm operates and controls them — configuration, risk limits, and user access are managed by your own administrators.

Additional Exchange Support

Hyperliquid is the current production exchange. Custom builds can target additional DEX perps venues, CEX APIs, or proprietary execution venues. The engine and order routing layer is exchange-agnostic by design.

Priority Support

Direct line to the developers. SLA-backed response times for production issues, proactive monitoring, and involvement in operational decisions. Not a ticket queue.

UI Theme Options

Dedicated instances can be deployed with a custom theme. Below are four typeface and color palette options — from the default trader-terminal aesthetic to more institutional styles. These can also be mixed (e.g. IBM Plex Mono with the default green accent).

Current Default DM Mono

BTC-PERP · Hyperliquid

76,420.00

▲ +1.24% · Bid 76,419 · Ask 76,421

BUY SELL
Institutional IBM Plex Mono

BTC-PERP · Hyperliquid

76,420.00

▲ +1.24% · Bid 76,419 · Ask 76,421

BUY SELL

Deep slate + blue accent. Strong association with institutional finance (Bloomberg, Refinitiv). Heavier stroke weight gives IBM Plex Mono more presence at smaller sizes.

Precision DM Mono

BTC-PERP · Hyperliquid

76,420.00

▲ +1.24% · Bid 76,419 · Ask 76,421

BUY SELL

Near-black background, neutral white palette. Minimal — no accent color. DM Mono's lighter weight looks clean on high-DPI displays. Best for firms that want a deliberately understated look.

Premium Space Grotesk

BTC-PERP · Hyperliquid

76,420.00

▲ +1.24% · Bid 76,419 · Ask 76,421

BUY SELL

Warm dark background + amber accent. Space Grotesk is a proportional sans-serif — not monospace — which gives a more editorial, premium feel. Works especially well for dashboards and summary views.

Font recommendations by use case: IBM Plex Mono for firms wanting a recognizable institutional aesthetic · DM Mono for a neutral, zero-distraction trading environment · Space Grotesk for hybrid trading + analytics dashboards. Custom typefaces and brand color systems are supported on dedicated instances.
